Everything you need to know before getting started.

You'll receive your first concepts within 48 hours of confirming the project brief. Full turnaround from brief to final files is typically 5–10 working days depending on revision rounds. Rush turnarounds are available — just mention your deadline when you get in touch.
All logo projects include PNG (web-ready, transparent background), SVG (scalable vector for any size), and PDF (print-ready). Website projects are delivered as HTML/CSS files. KDP projects are supplied as correctly formatted PDFs ready for upload. You'll always get every format you need without having to ask.
Absolutely — visit the Portfolio page to see examples across all service areas. You can also mention specific styles or industries in your brief and we'll discuss whether we've worked on something similar. No commitment is needed to send an enquiry.
Yes — all packages include a set number of revision rounds (see pricing above). Revisions are full feedback rounds where you share all changes needed at once. The Standard package includes 3 rounds, which is plenty for most projects. If you need more, we can discuss additional rounds at a small additional cost.
Yes. Once full payment is received, all rights to the final design transfer to you completely. You can use it however and wherever you like — on merchandise, social media, signage, websites, printed materials — with no ongoing fees or restrictions.
Yes — if you have illustrations or written content ready and just need them formatted to KDP's interior and cover specifications, we can handle that as a standalone project. Just share the details of your content and your target book size when you get in touch.
Payment is taken by bank transfer or PayPal. For projects over £200, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on delivery of final files. For smaller projects, full payment upfront is standard. All payment terms are confirmed in writing before any work starts.
We work closely with you throughout the process and encourage detailed feedback at each stage. If initial concepts aren't the right direction, we'll discuss why and adjust accordingly. Because we confirm the brief in detail before starting, significant mismatches are rare — but honest communication is always welcome and nothing goes to final stage without your approval.
